The NF-S12A is the third generation of silent case fans in the Noctua S12 range. The NF-S12A is the third generation of silent case fans from Noctua’s S12 range. Featuring further optimised blade design withAnti-Stall Knobs and the newAdvanced Acoustic Optimisation (AAO) frame, the NF-S12A provides up to 8% more flow/noise than its famous predecessor.
The PWM version benefits from Noctua’s proprietary NE-FD1 IC, which allows fully automated speed control via the 4-pin fan connectors. The supplied Low Noise Adapter(LNA) also allows the speed to be capped at 900rpm(instead of 1200rpm) in PWM mode. The NF-S12A is the ideal fan for quiet case cooling due to its low noise level, SSO2 reference bearings and Noctua’s high quality standards.
