This versatile USB modem can act as a backup Internet connection in remote or rural areas where no broadband connection is available. It supports a maximum transfer rate of 56 Kbps (data) and 14.4 Kbps (fax) and offers compatibility with the latest transmission standards (V.92, V.90, etc.).
This controller-controlled modem uses a dedicated chip to provide a dial-up connection without affecting the performance of your computer, thus conserving system resources and limiting CPU load.

- Add a dial-up connection to your laptop, tablet or desktop when no broadband access is available
- Data transfer speeds of up to 56 Kbps (down) and 33.6 Kbps (up)
- Full speed USB interface (12 MHz), compatible with USB 2.0 standard
