32-bit floating point
Enjoy high quality recordings with 32-bit floating point capture with two A/D converters. The Zoom F6 portable recorder can capture subtle or dynamic sounds in the best conditions and without adjusting the gain. There are six preamps with -127dBu noise floor, high gain (up to 75dB) and a selectable mic/line level for each input.
This Zoom unit also offers 0.2 ppm precision time code to ensure optimal timing, even when the F6 is turned off. Finally, predictive hybrid limiters are included (in 24-bit recording) to avoid the negative effects of saturation.
A great partner in the field
Your Zoom F6 recorder has 6 XLR inputs with phantom power on each input and a headphone output for monitoring. It will also serve as aUSB audio interface with 6 inputs and 4 outputs, and will also offer the qualities of AutoMix software. The latter automatically adjusts the mix levels to effectively reduce ambient noise.
To save audio tracks, an SD card slot for up to 512GB is available.
