The QNAP TS-453E NAS features dual 2.5 GbE connectivity, 8GB RAM and 2 M.2 NVMe SSD cache slots to deliver high performance for applications such as surveillance systems, virtual machines, file servers or backup servers. Two HDMI outputs also provide direct multimedia playback and robust monitoring.
Long-term availability
The TS-453E is powered by an Intel Celeron J6412 processor and will be available and supported for an extended period. This long-term availability makes the TS-453E an ideal choice for MSPs, SIs, and other IT-related businesses that need matching NAS models for long-term projects.
Multi-Version Snapshots
The TS-453E supports block-based snapshots that record the system status at any time. It helps protect data, which can be restored to a point in time, which greatly helps reduce the threat of ransomware.
Take snapshots in seconds and restore the entire volume/LUN to a specific point in time to prevent the loss of important data.
Snapshot contents can be quickly restored to a local NAS or restored on a folder/file basis to a local or remote NAS or cloud storage. You can also easily view and restore snapshots on the client side.
Dual 4K HDMI outputs
The TS-453E supports hardware decoding and real-time transcoding*. The two HDMI outputs support up to 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) at 30 Hz. This provides exceptional benefits for applications such as surveillance, video production/editing, industrial design, and professional photography that require high display resolution and colour realism, as well as huge media storage, transfer, and display capabilities.
Easily deploy a surveillance system

You can set up dedicated, independent storage for surveillance data on the TS-453E and enjoy easy camera management, storage allocation, live camera viewing and playback.
