Intuitive and secure, theEpson DS-790WN is a compact network scanner that speeds up workflows by allowing users to quickly scan and share documents over a network. Its high-capacity 100-sheet automatic document feeder and 45ppm/90ipm colour scanning speed at 300dpi enable instant sharing and storage of scanned files. The 10.9 cm touch screen allows the control panel to be configured for greater efficiency. System administrators can take control of the device remotely and set up and authenticate user accounts using LDAP. The DS-790WN professional scanner helps you take control of key information, improve your workflow and increase the productivity of your document processes and staff.
10.9 cm touch screen and secure document handling
Route scanned documents directly to the right destination with the 10.9 cm colour touch screen, without having to connect to a PC. Scan directly to network and cloud folders, email addresses or a USB stick.
Prevent unauthorised access to the scanner or unauthorised use of features with a wide range of authentication methods including badges (card reader not included), user name/password or PINs. For advanced security options, use Epson WebConfig and Document Capture Pro Server Authentication Edition.
Comprehensive connectivity and long duty cycle
The DS-790WN offers various connectivity options , such as USB 3.0, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and Gigabit Ethernet. In addition, it supports multiple platforms, including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Chromebook and Citrix. Scan from a phone or tablet using the Epson Smart Panel app.
With a duty cycle of 7,000 pages per day and with built-in sensors for paper jams, double feed and glass dirt detection, all documents are kept safe and scanned with the highest quality.
